Ingredient
- Unsweetened gelatine 1 teaspoon.
- Sweetened fresh milk 1/2 cup.
- Water 1 cup.
- Syrup 1/2 cup.
- Almond extract flavour 1/2 teaspoon.
- Fresh fruit or fruit cocktail (1 can)
- Cracked ice 1 cup.
Preparing
- Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water combine with sweet fresh milk.
- Cook over low heat until dissolve.
- Add almond extract flavour.
- Pour in to wet 1 quart mold.
- Chill until firm.
- Serve with fresh fruit or fruit cocktail and syrup topped with crack ice.
