Ingredient
- Bamboo shoots 1 1/2 cup cut in to small strips.
- Lemon or lime juice 1 spoon.
- Fish sauce 2 spoons.
- The ground roasted sweet rice 1 spoon.
- Garlic and shallot roasted 1 spoon.
- Chilii powder 1 teaspoon
- Mint leaf 10
Cooking direction
- Use the fork to shred bamboo.
- Boil bamboo 10 -15 mins. and then drian .
- Pound garlic and shalot together.
- In a mixing bowl combine bamboo, fish sauce, lemon or lime juice , ground roasted sweet rice ,chilli powder together.
- Serving and topping with mint leaf.
