If you like Thai dessert. I would like to introduce you to try Mango and sticky rice. That A good example of a Thai food dish that combines compatibility between savory and fruit.
INGREDIENT
- Sticky rice 2 cups.
- Coconut milk 1 cup.
- Sugar 1 cup.
- Salt 1 teaspoon.
- Medium yellow mangoes 5
- Cooked coconut milk 2 teaspoons.
COOKING DIRECTION
- Cooked 2 spoons coconut milk over low heat.
- Soke the sticky rice in water for 5-8 hours.
- Strain ,and place the sticky rice in top of double boiler.
- Cook for 25 mins or until done.
- In amixing bowl dissolve sugar and salt in coconut milk.
- Add the cooked sticky rice and stir until well mixed.
- Cover and let stand for 15 mins.
- Peel the mangoes off the stone and slice.
- Place on a serving place.
- Top with cooked coconut milk.
