- Chicken meat 1 kg.
- Coconut milk 6 cups.
- Eggplant.
- Fish sauce 1/2 cup
- Basil leaf
Greencury paste
- Fresh green chilli 20 pieces.
- Lemon grass slices 1 spoon.
- Galangal slices 1 spoon.
- Kaffir lime peel 1 tea spoon.
- Fresh shallot 2 spoon.
- Fresh garlic 2 spoon.
- Shrimp paste 2 spoon.
- Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
Cooking Direction
- Chop green curry paste ingredients thoroughly.
- Take cococnut milk 1/2 cup to pan.
- Boiling until boil.
- Take green curry paste in to pan.
- Stir until spices smell.
- Take chicken meat and coconut milk 1/2 cup.
- Stir until chicken cooked.and then add fish sauce ,eggplant, basil leaf and enjoy
