Ingredient
- Rice 1 cup.
- Water 3 cups.
- Ground pork or sliced chicken meat. 1/2 cup.
- Chop ginger root 1 spoon.
- Fish sauce 2 spoons.
- Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon.
- Fresh spring onion and fresh coriander 1 spoon.
- Egg 2.
- Chicken bone soup 2 cup.
Cooking direction
- Clean the rice well.
- Add 3 cups of water in medium size pot.
- Cook rice for 45 mins. to 1 hr. (low heat) until the rice is soft.
- Remove from heat.
- pour in to a bowl press with spoon until the rice be come small pieces.
- Boil the chicken bone soup 2 cup 5-10 mins.
- Add rice to chicken soup.
- Cook for 2 mins add ground pork or slice chicken and add fish sauce.
- Break the egg into the serving bowl.
- Put the rice soup on top of the eggs.
- Sprinkel with ginger.sprin onion and chop coriander.
